Three Steps to Better Analysis
Follow these three steps to better analysis on your law school essay exams. I will explain what law professors want in the "analysis" section of an essay using the IRAC method. Newsletter Sign-Up to get free MP3 law study aid: http://eepurl.com/cBOaBv Please subscribe to the channel and leave a comment below! Learn Law Better Website: https://learnlawbetter.com I am going to provide you with three steps you should take to improve the analysis section of your essay exams. For a law school essay exam, your answer should be organized using the IRAC method: Issue, Rule, Analysis, and Conclusion—watch my prior video if you are unfamiliar with the IRAC method. Step 1 is to let the reader know what part of the rule you are discussing. Often times a rule statement must be discussed in parts because the rule has more than one significant component. Take defamation, for example. Defamation occurs when the defendant makes a false statement concerning the plaintiff, to a third party, that is defamatory in nature. This one rule statement has five significant parts. Or if you prefer, 5 elements. The five parts include: the defendant, the plaintiff, a third party, a false statement, and a defamatory statement. So for Step 1, tell the reader which element you are discussing, and don’t discuss all 5 in a together in a jumbled mess. Step 2 requires you to provide the facts and logical inferences from those facts that deal with the element you are discussing. Step 3, which is the most important step, requires you to tell the reader why and how the facts are connected to the element. Let’s use the false statement element as an example. In step 1 we state the following: “The first element in this defamation law suit is determining whether Joe made a false statement.” The reader now knows exactly what you are about to discuss. For step 2 we state the following: “Bill was in Mexico on the day that Brittny was murdered, so it was impossible for Bill to have killed her.” Think about that for a second. These facts may be correct, but they don’t EXPLICITLY tell the reader why or how they are false. In other words, you cannot expect the reader to IMPLICTLY know what you are doing with the facts. So now we get to Step 3, where you tell the reader the how and why. Using our defamation example, we now tie everything together as follows: “Since Bill was not anywhere near Britney on at the time she was murdered, the statement Joe made was false.” You can then end that section with a quick conclusion, with something like “The first element to defamation is met.” If you fail to follow these 3 steps, your answer will read more like a story rather than analysis. Here is an example of a poor answer: “Joe made a false statement when he said that Bill murdered Britney. Bill was in Mexico on the day that Britney was murdered, so the first element of this tort is met.” Did you see that in this statement the writer did not explain how the facts were connected to the falsity requirement? Sure, the reader could infer that from the sentence, but a law school and bar exam is about explicitly stating things rather than relying on the implicit understanding by the reader. In other words, explain everything to the reader and leave nothing to the reader’s imagination. If it remains unwritten, then it also receives no credit on the exam.

6 Steps to Great Body Squat - Squat Analysis Muscle & Motion
The Squat - 6 STEPS to GREAT BODY SQUAT Step 1 Starting Position: Begin standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width and your toes turned out slightly. Your hands are by your sides with your palms facing inward. Pull the shoulders down your back toward your hips. Step 2 Engage your abdominal/core muscles to stabilize your spine ("bracing"). Keep your chest lifted and your chin parallel to the floor. Shift your weight back into your heels as your hips begin to push toward the wall behind you. Step 3 Downward Phase: Begin this phase by hinging at the hips, shifting them back and down. Your hips and knees bend simultaneously. As you lower your hips the knees bend and will start to shift forward slowly. Try to prevent your knees from traveling too far forward past the toes. Keep the abdominals/core muscles engaged and try to keep your back flat (do not tuck the tail or arch the low back). Step 4 Continue to lower yourself until your thighs are parallel or almost parallel to the floor. If your heels begin to lift off the floor or your torso begins to round, return to start position. Be aware of any movement that may occur at your feet, ankles and knees. Work to ensure that the feet do not move, the ankles do not collapse in or out and the knees remain lined up with the second toe. Step 5 From the Lowered Position: Keep the knees aligned with the second toe and body weight evenly distributed between the balls and heels of both feet. If you can view this from the side, your shinbone should be parallel with your torso and the low back should appear flat or may be showing the beginning of some rounding. Step 6 Upward Phase: While maintaining the position of your back, chest and head and with the abdominals engaged, exhale and return to start position by pushing your feet into the floor through your heels. The hips and torso should rise together. Keep the heels flat on the floor and knees aligned with the second toe. Think about inhaling on the way down and exhaling while exerting on the way back to the initial standing position.

To view more IT requirements training, visit the Business Analysis Learning Store at http://businessanalysisexperts.com/business-analysis-training-store/. PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: Business analysis is the process of studying a business or any other organization to identify business opportunities / problem areas and suggest potential solutions. A wide range of people with various titles, roles and responsibilities actually apply business analysis techniques within an organization. There are three fundamentally different flavors or levels of business analysis: 1. Strategic Business Analysis (aka Enterprise Analysis) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/strategic-business-analysis/ ) 2. Tactical Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/tactical-business-analysis/) 3. Operational Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/operational-business-analysis/Operational Business Analysis) Strategic Business Analysis is the study of business visions, goals, objectives, and strategies of an organization or an organizational unit to identify the desired future. It encompasses the analysis of existing organizational structure, policies, politics, problems, opportunities, and application architecture to build a business case for change. This analysis employs business analysis techniques such as Variance Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Force Field Analysis, Decision Analysis, and Key Performance Indicators to support senior management in the decision-making process. The primary outcome of this work is a set of defined, prioritized projects and initiatives that the organization will undertake to create the desired future. If the initiative includes the development of software using an Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-analysis-agile-methodologies/), strategic business analysis techniques identify themes and/or epics, and initiate a product backlog. Tactical Business Analysis is at the project or initiative level to flush out the details of the proposed solution and to ensure that it meets the needs of the business community. Commonly used business analysis techniques at this level include Stakeholder Identification (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-identify-stakeholders-it-projects/), Interviewing (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-elicitation-gathering-business-stakeholder-it-requirements/), Facilitation (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-facilitate-requirements-gathering-workshops/), Baselining, Coverage Matrices, MoSCoW Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-prioritization-two-simple-techniques/), Benchmarking, Business Rules Analysis, Change Management, Process and Data Modeling (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-data-modeling-informational-requirements/), and Functional Decomposition (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-exposing-functional-and-non-functional-requirements/). In an Agile environment, Tactical Business Analysis adds to the Product Backlog and/or Release Plans expressed in Themes, Business Epics, Architecture Epics, User Stories (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-user-stories/), and User Story Epics. In a traditional setting, the primary outcome of Tactical Business Analysis is a set of textual and/or modeled Business and Stakeholder Requirements (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-requirements/). ..........

Game Analysis Process Part 3: Steps 3-4 and Conclusion
In this video, we will cover the 3rd and 4th steps of my game analysis process. The 3rd step is to make corrections, focusing on the key positions you identified in step 2. I discuss the pros and cons of using chess engines and I encourage cautious supplementation of your own work with chess engine analysis. It is also important to use other resources such as books, databases, and asking your coach (if you have one). The 4th step is to make some conclusions and set up some positions for review. Your game analysis might lead you to study specific aspects of chess if you see systematic weaknesses in your game. Also, you want to set yourself up to follow-up and review what you have learned. One tool to do this for your openings is Chessable: http://chessable.com/ Another tool (that is not specific to chess) is Supermemo: http://supermemo.com/ Analyzing your chess games is one of the most important training activities you can do. Hopefully, this video series will help you get the most out of it. Part 1 (The Game): https://youtu.be/VWUtZgOz-Rc Part 2 (Steps 1-2): https://youtu.be/WGJjhZoer2Y Here is an overview of the process: http://www.betterchesstraining.com/2014/07/4-Step-Game-Analysis.html

2 Easy Steps: Break Even Analysis for Cost Volume Profit Analysis Tutorial
Clicked here http://www.MBAbullshit.com/ and OMG wow! I'm SHOCKED how easy.. For instance you are an advertising executive and just after initiating your unique commercial, the sales of your cola drink jumps to $1 million dollars. Is that a decent outcome? Yes? In fact, you definitely don't know! What are the reasons? What if you exhausted $1 million dollars in advertising costs and also the ingredients and container of this cola soda also cost $1 million dollars, to find a total of $2 million? You will have earned $1 million dollars, but will have invested $2 million dollars on advertising in addition to "cost of goods." Furthermore, one would still seek to join the expenses of the business enterprise like rent, salaries, etc. Therefore, what quantity should your advertising grow sales before we are able to assume that the excess sales you observed from advertising is sufficient to at any rate pay for your complete costs and expenses? Maybe $2 million? $3 million? What quantity exactly? This is actually the principle of "Break Even." A corporation break even point is the precise amount of sales that you need in which the money may possibly be merely enough to pay for your costs and expenses. Whereas, a task's (ex. An advertisement's) break even point is exactly where the rise in sales added by way of the new undertaking is ample to fund the additional costs and expenses brought by that new scheme. Recognize that achieving break even does not mean you are receiving a profit though either; like I reported previously, it only means you find yourself making enough to pay for your costs and expenses. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ar7mVYY-AO0 Accordingly, so as to produce a profit, you'd need to 1) produce more sales so that you will go beyond the break even point, and/or 2) improve your merchandise's "contribution margin." Precisely what is contribution margin? It happens to be the difference between the price that you intend to deal in your merchandise and your "variable costs." Variable costs are costs which aren't "fixed" (fixed costs are things like fixed rent and flat compensations which may not climb regardless of whether you generate and/or sell more products or services). For this reason, contribution margin is different from "profit" for the reason that once we compute profit, we integrate fixed costs and overhead. http://mbabullshit.com/blog/cost-volume-profit-analysis-break-even-analysis/ Cost Volume Profit Analysis, on the other hand, is definitely parallel to but bigger than Break Even Analysis, as it carries going more than just figuring out how much to sell with the intention to cover costs and expenses. With cost volume profit analysis, we likewise try to resolve how much we might sell if we want to reach a certain target profit, in which we take into account taxes as well. breakeven, break even analysis, cost volume profit analysis, what is break even analysis

The Business Model Canvas - 9 Steps to Creating a Successful Business Model - Startup Tips
The Business Model Canvas - 9 Steps to Creating a Successful Business Model - Startup Tips The Business Model Canvas, is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model. The Business Model Canvas is comprised of 9 key segments: The left hand section of the Business Model Canvas is the Infrastructure section and comprises three key areas: Key Activities: The most important activities in executing a company's value proposition. Key Resources: The resources that are necessary to create value for the customer. Partner Network: In order to optimize operations and reduce risks of a business model, organization usually cultivate buyer-supplier relationships so they can focus on their core activity. The middle section of the canvas describes the business offering and is the value proposition delivered to different customer segments. Value Propositions: The collection of products and services a business offers to meet the needs of its customers. According to Osterwalder, (2004), a company's value proposition is what distinguishes itself from its competitors. The value proposition provides value through various elements such as newness, performance, customization, "getting the job done", design, brand/status, price, cost reduction, risk reduction, accessibility, and convenience/usability. The value propositions may be: Quantitative – price and efficiency Qualitative – overall customer experience and outcome The right hand side of the Business Model Canvas describes the customers, the channels through which you deliver services and and the relationships you have with your customers. Customer Segments: To build an effective business model, a company must identify which customers it tries to serve. Various sets of customers can be segmented based on the different needs and attributes to ensure appropriate implementation of corporate strategy meets the characteristics of selected group of clients. Channels: A company can deliver its value proposition to its targeted customers through different channels. Effective channels will distribute a company’s value proposition in ways that are fast, efficient and cost effective. An organization can reach its clients either through its own channels (store front), partner channels (major distributors), or a combination of both. Customer Relationships: To ensure the survival and success of any businesses, companies must identify the type of relationship they want to create with their customer segments. The bottom section of the canvas describes the finances. Cost Structure: This describes the most important monetary consequences while operating under different business models. A company's DOC. Revenue Streams: The way a company makes income from each customer segment. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIypuA7lS-FsVG6cMlNCK2w?sub_confirmation=1 Check out some of our other videos Compensation claims - how long should it take https://youtu.be/NuxfrgSTg78 LLC vs S Corp https://youtu.be/4xNCnf9hitw Minizing tax https://youtu.be/ybSnFb6rx6Y How to fund a startup https://youtu.be/ctzDb59sw5M Kickstarter success Ep 1 https://youtu.be/2EG78JNZ7nA Kickstarter success Ep 2 https://youtu.be/ZMlq5CmUNz8 How to pitch to investors with Guy Kawasaki https://youtu.be/-epR-uGlv4M If you are interested in sustainability issues then check this video out The Sustainable Business Model Canvas https://youtu.be/gVimMEI2u2w

BITCOIN: ONE STEP UP, FIVE STEPS DOWN? - Cryptocurrency/BTC Trading Analysis
Looking at the crypto currency markets for trading BTC and LTC etc. This market trading analysis applies to various exchanges, including Binance and Kucoin. The stream specifically focuses on if bitcoin is going up to 20k again in 2018 and if we will be seeing a crypto currency market recovery this year. Things like the lightning network have provided huge improvements for BTC and while it is true that others like Roger Ver with Bitcoin Cash (bcash) may disagree, I do see these blockchain technology innovations to be very bullish fundamental signs for the space. Session 24 (MBA): Dividend Analysis and First Steps on Valuation
In this class, we put the closing touched on dividend policy analysis by going through the possess of estimating FCFE, the cash flow left over after capital expenditures, working capital needs and debt payments. My suggestion is that you estimate the aggregate FCFE over 5 years (or as many years as you have data) and compare it to the cash returned. We ended the class by talking about the distinction between valuing equity and valuing an entire business. general steps of finite element analysis
The finite element method (FEM) is a numerical method for solving problems of engineering and mathematical physics. It is also referred to as finite element analysis (FEA). Typical problem areas of interest include structural analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow, mass transport, and electromagnetic potential. The analytical solution of these problems generally require the solution to boundary value problems for partial differential equations. The finite element method formulation of the problem results in a system of algebraic equations. The method yields approximate values of the unknowns at discrete number of points over the domain. To solve the problem, it subdivides a large problem into smaller, simpler parts that are called finite elements. The simple equations that model these finite elements are then assembled into a larger system of equations that models the entire problem. FEM then uses variational methods from the calculus of variations to approximate a solution by minimizing an associated error function.

Q&A: Purcell - Prelude from the Suite No. 5 in C Major, Z.666. Expressive Analysis and Practice Tips
http://www.pianocareeracademy.com/ Learn how to play piano freely and expressively, like a true professional! Join my Piano Coaching Program at PianoCareerAcademy.com to get access to my detailed video answers from ALL the past editions of the "Questions & Answers" project - and to hundreds of other exclusive piano playing tutorials that reveal the secrets of the Russian piano school via my holistic approach to piano playing. Video highlights: 00:14. The question that I answer in this video. 00:51. The need for a change of perspective :). The word 'quiet' can have many meanings/purposes. Purpose No. 1: counteracting heaviness. Most technical problems don't have mechanical causes (but aural/expressive ones). 02:18. Purpose No. 2: 'Quiet' as in piano versus forte (which are dictated by dramaturgy). 02:52. Purpose No. 3: avoiding the 'sound percussiveness' caused by tension and clumsiness. 03:24. Purpose No. 4: articulation. What sound character are you aiming for? 04:08. Starting with the bigger picture. Deriving our technical execution from the exact type of sound we aim for (and the expressive reasons behind it). 04:46. An example of the step-by-step analysis/practice approach I would use myself. WHY - WHAT - HOW. 05:26. Choosing a main character. The importance of contrasts in playing pre-classical music. 06:35. Deciding upon a dynamic plan and dramaturgy. 07:17. An example of dramaturgy/dynamics for bars 20-25. The importance of playing repeated motifs in a different manner. 08:41. Choosing our articulation. 09:39. Setting up a 'phrasing plan'. 10:54. Voicing. 11:21. Now that we have charted our map, let's practice these thirds! Key attack tips. Whole-arm non-legato practice: training your finger control and coordination. 15:10. Switching to legato. Using the 'magnifying glass' for each legato group. Connecting each group on one arm/wrist movement/wave. 17:34. Introducing the desired dynamics: playing softer and lighter. 18:30. The importance of imagining the desired character before every repetition. 19:10. What to do if you 'lose' some notes (or your coordination) when playing softly. The 'two steps forward, one step back' approach. 20:33. Conclusion. And now - some more useful information about my Piano Coaching Program :): PianoCareerAcademy.com is the only Piano Coaching Program on the internet that shares the professional principles of the Russian piano school in a detailed, holistic, very in-depth manner. 10 Steps To Becoming A Profitable Trader Part 3: Personality Analysis & Trading Discipline
Improve your Trading. Personality Analysis. http://www.financial-spread-betting.com/strategies/strategies-tips.html PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VIDEO SO WE CAN DO MORE! We are looking at it from an objective and honest perspective. Most of our problems come down to trading discipline. It is relatively easy to find out a profitable trading strategy; the difficulty is in executing this strategy and knowing when it will work and when it won't. Market conditions change...in a bull market for instance a strategy based on moving averages crossovers trend strategy or buying low bollinger bands, buying oversold - anything as simple as that will make you money. But a moving averages crossovers strategy won't work if the market is range trading. Ask yourself what you usually do wrong - what is your biggest problem - is it not honouring stops or taking profit too early or getting frustrated after a series or losing trades. What triggers the weaker aspects of our trading personality?
