How to disable Client Forwarding Rules To External Domains in Office 365/Exchange

08:04
Client forwarding rules is a common method for data breaches in Office 365. What they do is make every email that is received by an Office 365/Exchange mailbox get forwarded to an external party. This setting is available automatically in the Office 365 Enterprise SKUs via Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center but you can also set it up manually in EAC (Exchange Admin Center).

Send Message or mail to Distribution Group Exchange in Server 2010 Part 72

03:49
In this Videos in Hindi Jagvinder Thind shows How to send email to Distribution Groups in Exchange 2010 in hindi. Exchange 2010 Installation and Configuration Videos in Hindi. Dynamic distribution groups are mail-enabled Active Directory group objects that are created to send e-mail messages and other information within an Exchange organization. Unlike regular distribution groups that contain a defined set of members, the membership list for dynamic distribution groups is calculated each time a message is sent to the group, based on the filters and conditions that you define. When an e-mail message is sent to a dynamic distribution group, it is delivered to all recipients in the organization that match the criteria defined for that group. A dynamic distribution group includes any recipient in Active Directory with attributes that match its filter. If a recipient's properties are modified to match the filter, the recipient could become a group member and start receiving messages that are sent to the group.
