BEFORE YOU HAVE QUESTIONS READ THE DESCRIPTION AND WATCH IN 1080p!
I usually play the game on High, (Second highest graphics preset), with TXAA Medium Anti Aliasing at 1680x1050.
This video is me playing it at Very High, (Highest graphics setting in the game) with FXAA out for demonstration purposes, and yeah, its quite laggy, in game I get 30 fps.
FPS in game with my usual optimized settings:45-75 Mainly its very consistent 53-61.
FPS in game when I put the game in Ultra with FXAA: 34-45. I don't like it laggy and I prefer the smoothness of 60 fps.
My new recording software I'm using is Dxtory.
FPS while recording in game: 34-60 with Dxtory
DXtory lets you set custom footage FPS. First two sections of my gameplay had DXtory set to 60 fps, which was why they appear smoother. Last portion with the trains, I had my DXtory setting to record footage at 30 fps.
Dxtory is stupid with footage fps. which was why I set the footage to record only at 30 fps, however my in-game FPS is higher. Recording at the DXtory setting 60 fps will cause unstable footage fps in the video file.
This is game-play on my gaming rig that I built with the help of some friends.
http://youtube.com/user/lucnfs is one of them. My other friend doesn't use his YT account that often.
I recorded this when my comp's GPU, CPU, and Ram were overclocked.
