Food Quality assurance is difficult to specify. The term is usually used with services and products. As an objective characteristic, quality isn't measurable, but interpretable. Consequently, quality implies that the laboratory results meet the client's anticipation and are accurate and defensible. Historically, as manufacturing methods transitioned to factories from manufacturers manufacturing of goods integrated process and automation control. Walter Shewhart developed the Shewhart cycle and was the inventor of process control. Food quality research services cycle includes a four-step plan. With use that is constant, the PDCA control circuit leads to progress. William Edwards Deming enlarged by establishing a systematic strategy for continuous improvement through employee participation and evaluation that would enhance production procedures. Within Europe and the US, the process of creating the quality management function in business started during the early 70s and is now near maturity. Management, assurance, and control - management functions on the level. An excellent system pertains to procedures, processes and the resources to execute superior management, which is broader than both superior control and quality assurance. Nevertheless, a Quality assurance program is the spine of the laboratory quality system and food ingredientanalysis services in Chennai. The connection between Quality control, Quality assurance provides a management tool inside the organization. Quality control is a process inside the Quality assurance program. SFTS Lab process is to collect proof that the degree of superior is achieved, and the process has no impact on the product superior. The lab quality management system includes management of inventories, supplies and equipment, management of capital, financing, and budgeting, and training and support of customer and staff support. Essential tools for Quality assurance - to make sure that final laboratory results are right, the Quality assurance program incorporates those planned and systematic lab activities that guarantee the perfect accuracy and defensibility of quality food testing results. The quality manual, standard operating procedures, and documentation are essential elements of a Quality assurance program. The quality manual pertains to the master document of the lab superior policy and serves as the primary resource to lab information. SFTS Lab management team is responsible for ensuring adherence to the lab quality manual, Quality assurance plan, and sops. Other supplementary records are also crucial components in a Quality assurance program. Validated methods are in the technical core of waterquality analysis center in Chennai. To determine whether approaches are fit to their intended purpose, the selected approaches must have ascertained the accuracy, precision, calibration, and limits of detection and quantification. For methods which are taken from a recognized resource, typically a verification process is enough to establish the method performance to the lab.

Hazard analysis is the key to an effective food safety management system, since conducting a hazard analysis assists in organizing the knowledge required to establish an effective combination of control measures. ISO 22000 requires that all hazards that may be reasonably expected to occur in the food chain, including hazards that may be associated with the type of process and facilities used, are identified and assessed. Thus it provides the means to determine and document why certain identified hazards need to be controlled by a particular organization and why others need not. During hazard analysis, the organization determines the strategy to be used to ensure hazard control by combining the prerequisite programmes and the HACCP plan. ISO is developing additional standards that are related to ISO 22000. These standards will be known as the ISO 22000 family of standards. At the present time, the following standards will make up the ISO 22000 family of standards: ISO 22000 - Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain. ISO 22001 - Guidelines on the application of ISO 9001:2000 for the food and drink industry (replaces: ISO 15161:2001). ISO/TS 22002- Prerequisite programmes on food safety—Part 1: Food manufacturing; Part 2: Catering; Part 3: Farming; Part 4: Food packaging manufacturing; Part 6: Feed and animal food production ISO TS 22003 - Food safety management systems for bodies providing audit and certification of food safety management systems. ISO TS 22004 - Food safety management systems - Guidance on the application of ISO 22000:2005. ISO 22005 - Traceability in the feed and food chain - General principles and basic requirements for system design and implementation. ISO 22006 - Quality management systems - Guidance on the application of ISO 9002:2000 for crop production.
