Foreign Exchange Student's Opinion of America
Over the 2013-2014 school year I got to know one of my school's foreign exchange students from the Czech Republic. Matej was an awesome dude, and it was pretty cool getting to know someone who was literally from the other side of the world. Anyway, I thought it'd be cool to film an interview with him so I could see what he really thought of the US, so I did. Also, I made sure to film it on one of his last days in America so he would actually give his real opinions.

What Happens At A Student Exchange In Italy?
Student Exchange Program is a challenging but rewarding experience, where you will gain skills in inter-cultural learning and understanding. You are not a tourist, but a local living like a member of the community. In this video, students of MISB Bocconi talk about their 4-month student exchange experience in Italy, at Bocconi University Milan. While others think of a student exchange as purely a learning opportunity, these students managed to do that AND scope out exciting real world opportunities for themselves too. From getting assessed by market leaders and landing interviews with industry giants, to working at the world-famous Milan Fashion Week and partying off campus, these guys have been exposed to a unique world-view - one that MISB Bocconi encourages its students to have before stepping out into the Corporate World. Have a look.

First week in Lisbon, Portugal (exchange student experience)
The story of a Russian Master student, who goes to study in Lisbon, Portugal for a semester through the Erasmus+ student mobility program. The video is in ENGLISH! For the Russian version check this link | РУССКАЯ ВЕРСИЯ ПО ССЫЛКЕ: https://youtu.be/mVs7xBoXLy0 I was so anxious making this clip, so I mispronounced some things: 04:48 -- not 3 but 2 more floors! One with lemon trees and the bottom one with the dryers; 06:20 -- of course I meant 19 (nineTEEN) not 90 (nineTY) degrees :D And P.S. Excuse me for my Russian accent!

World Class Technical Education – One of the reasons you want to study in Germany is for its world-class technical institutions and also some very good medical and management institutions as well. 2. No tuition fees at public universities in Germany – Higher education in Germany is mainly funded by the state and as such it is literally free of charge for domestic and international students alike. 3. Relatively lower blocked funds- The mandatory sum required by the embassy that must be deposited to the blocked bank account is €8,640 (which is about Rs. 7 lakhs). This is a very low amount compared to Canada or USA (where it would be a minimum of Rs. 15 - 20 lakhs. 4. Work Opportunities: Germany has considerable work opportunities for international students, if you know German language. • You can work for either 120 full working days or 240 half working days • You will be allowed to work for up to 20 hours in a week • And full-time during vacations. • You do not require any special approvals for this. • Student or research assistantship is usually over and above this and has no limits, though it requires university consent. 5. Option to Settle Down: Foreign graduates of German universities enjoy a more favourable status than non-EU citizens. a) Students get 18 months of work visa after obtaining their German university degree. b) Once you have completed a masters degree, have stayed in Germany for a few years and have a job offer which corresponds to your qualifications, you can choose whether you want to apply for a German residence permit or an EU Blue Card for the next part of your stay. c) As early as two years after receiving your German or EU Blue Card residence permit, you can apply for a permanent residence permit d) Typically after eight years of being a student and tax payer, foreigners are eligible to apply for German citizenship In addition to this, there are several other benefits like - • Courses are available in English, • Student community is very helpful, • degrees are Globally Recognized since universities in Germany now operate under the Bologna reform. • They have top faculty and infrastructure. • Also on a personal life basis - Germany is located practically in the centre of Europe and has proximity to countries such as Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic Austria, etc. With one Schengen visa and Eurail pass short weekend breaks can be exotic. • Germany itself is a beautiful country to visit and also very diverse in terms of people from different parts of the world living together. • It is a safe country and the weather, though a bit cold, is not as cold as it is in Canada, so you will find the adjustment process easy. study in Germany, studying in Germany, why study in Germany, why studying in Germany, why should i study in Germany, why study abroad in Germany, how to study in Germany, study in germany for free, benefits of studying in Germany, benefits of study in Germany, top 5 benefits of studying in Germany, study abroad, study abroad in Germany, study in germany for free, scholarships in Germany, study in germany for indian students abroad, Germany, chetchat, Visa Guru, Junaid Akram, Bharat in Germany Host – Chetna Vasishth You Can Find Us! Student traveling to 40 countries in Europe during his 353 days exchange
2015 24th of August, I landed in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to began my exchange studies in Maastricht University and started my first trip to Luxembourg in mid-September alone and had amazing experiences with other travelers who lived in the same hostel. I began to travel more afterwards. Even with intensive studies and enormous workloads, I still tried to travel during the weekends and long holidays. During the winter break of 2015, I traveled six weeks in Ireland, Scotland, down to Italy and the Balkan and went up to Abisko, Sweden. During my second semester, I had weekend / holiday trips to Portugal, UK, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland and the Baltic states. After finishing the last exchange semester in the beginning of June, I traveled again for ten weeks in Eastern Europe (Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia), Southern Europe (Turkey, Greece, Italy and Spain), and went up to Switzerland, Germany then back to Netherlands. I carpooled, hitchhiked, slept in airports, couchsurfer's home, budget hostels and in friend's kitchen. I made countless friends and hope this video could remind me of those crazy days in Europe - a place with many memories and stories.
