There are quite a few people freaking out over the mispronunciation of the māori words. To her, it is a foreign language. I’m sure you would absolutely butcher many languages out there too, and that’s totally fine. At least they are trying. You can’t expect people to be perfect at something that they may never before have been exposed to.
You made a great video. Good on you for giving the Māori words a try. A lot of people in New Zealand still struggle saying some of the words too. Learned a lot about our currency I never knew. So thanks for that.
