We asked three centenarians what their most valuable life lessons were, and also their regrets.
The conversations that followed were remarkable. They talked about the importance of family, people, relationships and love. Their view on life, as an elderly citizen with a lot of experience is truly an inspiration and motivation. Enjoy the video!

First guy was almost hard to believe. 100 year olds are usually in a wheelchair, maybe can barely walk at best, and barely talk with a shaky voice. Then this dude comes on, 101, looks 65, maybe 70, 75 TOPS, speaks perfectly, and moves around like a damn 45-50 year old. Mind boggling.
I lost my baby girl almost 4 years ago, she speaks the truth! Life does go on, you heal, don’t feel guilty about healing, you and your family deserve it, and you never forget! Losing someone as precious as your baby is devastating, but the gifts they leave you in their wake, if you surrender and receive them, are so beautiful! By accepting these gifts and allowing ourselves to heal we honor their lives. I hope this helps anyone going through something of this magnitude. Many blessings!
Nobody said "I wish I was richer/made more money". Nobody even mentioned politics. The lesson I've learned from this little documentary? That family, relationships, where you live, and the food on your plate... those should be our priorities in life.
I've always wished to meet someone who has reached this old age and still has peaceful minds and witty heart... I've seen many who when they get old, they become very insecure, very vulnerable towards the idea of the ending of life. They start to take lots of medicines which are irrelevant and expensive. My grandma takes the medicine for curing a cold every night before going to bed and she says, this is to prevent her from getting illnesses... We don't see any sign of sickness of her...She also takes the pills that are for helping digestion as frequent as she could remember during the day. we've tried everything to stop her from doing such a thing to herself, but she would just get upset and angry and think that no one really cares about her. Does death become really dreadful when you are old? Or, is she just trying to stay healthy and to live longer by, regardlessly that is a wrong method, taking irrelevant medicines?
Ruiyl...I respect that your comment is deeper than 95% of the over one hundred thousand comments I read. You are right about unnecessary medicines that naive people take quite often. I am not making fun of them. It just proves again, just how naive almost all working class people are about the cutthroat business world. I have researched so much for three decades. There's even psychology used in this video that most people won't recognize. This video is subtly selling that wisdom comes with age. Yes, but only very little! I can easily go on and walk the fine line about what I'm safely allowed to share about the real facts of life that most people get fooled about. But I track responses constantly. Here's a fact. Stupid and useless comments routinely get hundreds and even over a thousand thumbs up votes. I am a college grad and hugely successful businesses owner among many other accomplishments. I made over a 800 detailed comments or replies...and never got more than 20 thumbs up. Why? Because the business world wants to pretend they respect people's right to learn the truth. In reality, the greedy billionaire controllers want people as dumb as possible. They are obviously using psychologists as consultants as they have been doing for decades. I'm positive.
Good Gosh!! How can there be 4.8K thumbs down?? LOL.... Guanantee you that those are the people w/ failed relationships, financial hardships, and wasted lives and they think it is everyone but themselves that are the causes of their misfortunes. I love hearing wisdom of long lives, such a blessing to learn from them.
This video in one of THE BIGGEST motivators in my life for getting my passport this year and traveling to Honduras and France, riding in a hot air balloon, and starting The Glenn & Aaron Show. Thanks for posting this!
Alexandru....You nailed it!! The media subtly teaches that wisdom comes with each passing year. This is totally false! By the way, I became self taught thirty years ago. I now know I learned so many lies by the time I reached 28..college degree included. I was wrong about so many important things. After a tragic event in business, that event totally woke me up to stop putting anyone on a pedestal and start doing hours of self teaching every week.
I run away from relationships , their stories opened my eyes to not giving up on people so easily. It’s hard, it’s scary, however being there is what we all need.
Lord help me to see the beauty in people FIRST and not their flaws- show me how to be faithful till I’m at the age of 100+ if you will it- in your precious name I pray~ Amen
People say they waste their life on video games... I’ve met some really old nice people on games like destiny and cod and they teach me lessons and have good wisdom to pass down, it’s also good practice to communicate with people.
cabuscus yes dude, imaginelosing ur family
And have no good
Things to look out for, theres so many bad things that can happen i hope ill die one random day in my
Sleep but first my parents need to pass away cuz ik they cant handle losing me sorry if im being to negative im on aweed withdrawel, life sucks for me rn
I was the first kid born in 29 years in my fam. I grew up around people 30 to 50+ years older than me. Now I'm 33 and they are almost all gone. I do miss hearing very old people talk. Almost want to go to the nursing home and sit down and ask to be told a story. Afraid to get attached to anyone else though.
quite long, very white and not very focused on any wisdom they have to impart. not a bad little piece of film but certainly not as advertised. so therefore i can't recommend it. like in everything else, where you set expectation is key (that one was free, you're welcome)
man watching this video sure made it easy go look at my healthy tone skin and muscles in the mirror and flex like johnny brovo. only to go eat about 1000 calories in cookies and then cum on my stomach and fall asleep alone on my couch. zero regrets in my taken for granted youth and health. whatever
Staying up all night in his "misspent youth" listening to the radio?!? I guess young people have just always been determined to avoid sleeping... until they have kids that keep them up and sleep becomes valuable. lol
