Thanks, Dr. Vivek. You really inspire me. I really appreciate the efforts you are putting in to change the face of India! You ask about topics, in almost every video... So, there you go - how do I know how many people or department I really need right now? In my dream organization, there is probably 1000's of employees.. Right now we have about 20 staff on wage and contract bases... So, how do we really come down to the nitty-gritty of where to start?
I am a big fan of Vivek sir. But, I don't agree with two points of this video. 1. Career gap and 2. Multiple job change. I am trying to explain my view on it. 1. Career gap - in India career gap is very common in female employees career. Some times they have to sacrifice few year of their career due to marriage, pregnancy, family issues, raising children, husband's on-site job etc etc... 2. Multiple job change - some people start their career from small companies, so they have to switch job multiple times to get good salary. some people start their career in less developed states ( like Kolkata, bihar) - they also have to change job multiple times to get a good job/salary. If all companies start following Vivek sir's advice, those people's life will become more difficult. I request Vivek sir to share his view on it.
