Eric, I've got a question for you! So you've talked about keywords in replies on reviews before. But I wonder: is the opposite true as well? Should I avoid negative wording in any case regardless of the context? Earlier today I replied to a bad review on Google Play, starting with the sentence "I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with my app". But now I'm wondering whether it was bad practice to use the word string "bad experience". If the algorithms do indeed look at review replies, this could have a bad effect on my app, could it not?

I don't think so, because no one will be searching for those. When I first read your question, I thought it could be true. But, so one would search for "bad app experience" in search. Well... maybe they would ...

I still wonder where the hell do you get time to make apps as well as maintaining a constant growing YouTube channel of this scale !

Eric what do you think about app cross-promotion networks?
Overpass Apps (1 month ago)
I used chartboost for a while but didn't get much use out of it. We also have done house ads and popups in our apps to cross-promote our own apps. But that's the only experience I have so far.

I and my other 3 friends have a tech start-up called 'Crested Developers' and we want to focus on making mobile apps. But the problem is we are having hardships concluding on what could take our company forward (should we create few but bigger ideas, create smaller but very many app and make money through ads, or take on clients projects)?

I think fewer apps is better if they are successful. The problem is that you don't know which will be successful.

Hey eric what do you think about Amazon App store should we add our apps there and do you use it ?
Overpass Apps (1 month ago)
I did a video on this years ago and haven't really used Amazon since. At the time, I found it didn't get many downloads at all and was more trouble than it was worth. However, I know a lot of developers who get more downloads on Amazon than google play. Not me, though. You should try it out and see how it works for you.

hi , i ve just put my application on the Play store and i am struggling to make people see it :/ if only the play store had an option where new app gets featured on, or an option where people get to shuffle the list and get a game/app at random. :'(

What is your app called? I'm about to put up an app soon as well!
Tom Sutherland (1 month ago)
Have a sub title, or use keywords and change the name once your app is already established - that worked well for me.
