This video is made in february 2017. Which means, the demonetisation is done. So, there is a newer denomination of 2000₹ and newer edition of 500₹. On 25 August 2017, newer edition 50₹ and newer denomination of 200₹ were introduced. Of the collection you have, only the Gandhi series worth 10₹, 20₹, 50₹ and 100₹ are in circulation as of September 2017.

In olden days, they used to staple, now they are fastening a paper around it. But these days tampering the note by any means either by pins, staples and others or even writing or drenching in colours is prohibited. You can simply return to the person who is exchanging if they are tampered. Even if it is government or banks.

Thats a beautiful video. At 8:55 you have asked about one design (2rupee). I am not very sure, but it does look like 'Ajanta Yellora caves paintings on ceiling'. A peacock and lotus. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ajanta_Caves
